For returns and exchanges, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
After your return request is received by us, the company representative makes a product evaluation according to the situations in which return and exchange are accepted.

When returns and exchanges are accepted:
If the product is new and unused,
In case the product is shipped with all original parts, packaged and invoice
Returns and exchanges are accepted if the product is packaged and shipped the way you received it.
If the product is not used, a refund is made.

• If the product is damaged and dirty,
• If the product has been used and is damaged in transit
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for returns and unauthorized returns 14 days or more after delivery.
